On Monday, Jelen passed a series of medical tests at Lille. As a result, he signed a 1 year deal with the French champions on Tuesday.
He will join fellow Pole, Ludovic Obraniak, who is now rumored to be leaving Lille. Most importantly for Jelen is the fact that he will once again have the opportunity to play in the Champions League.
