Tyton introduced by PSV

Poland national team goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tyton was officially introduced by PSV Eindhoven on Tuesday in a press conference.

Tyton signed a five-year contract with the Dutch club, who paid 2,5 million euros for him. The 24-year old goalkeeper will start training with the Dutch club on Wednesday.

The number one goalkeeper right now at PSV is Andreas Isaksson but his contract will expire next season and the Dutch club will most likely sell him this summer.

  1. The Dutch media are reporting a slightly different story than the Polish media. They say he's just on loan for one year and the signing of a contract until 2016 has been delayed until the end of the season. I suppose PSV can back out if they're not satisfied with him. I'm not sure why Tyton agreed to such an arrangement.

  2. Half-Polish Belgian goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski is about to sign for Anderlecht. We have 10 other keepers so we don't need to pursue him for the NT but it's nice to see Polish keepers dominating.

  3. And even stranger, PSV are considering loaning Tyton back to Roda so that he can get playing time this season (since he has no chance against Isaksson). So, the club to which he's been loaned would "loan" him to the club that stills own him... can it get any more confusing LOL.
