Blaszczykowski threats to leave Borussia Dortmund

Poland national team captain Jakub Blaszczykowski has admitted his frustration with his current situation at Borussia Dortmund, and made it clear that he could leave the club if does not get more playing time.

"I am not satisfied with the way I'm being used at the moment. I get upset when I don't play," said Blaszczykowski.

Blaszczykowski has mainly been warming the bench at Dortmund while hes been red-hot for the Polish national team.

"Let's just wait and see how things develop before December. Some things could change over time. When I don't get the chance to prove my worth, I might have to look elsewhere to get playing time," adds Kuba.

Some reports suggest that Wisla Krakow may want to loan out their former winger from Borussia Dortmund during the winter transfer window.

Blaszczykowski joined Borussia from Wisla Krakow in the summer of 2007 and has since made over 100 Bundesliga appearances. He has a contract with the Dortmund club until the summer of 2013.

  2. He can do so much better than the EK. Just training in the Bundesliga has to be better for him than playing regularly against EK competition.

  4. Yah there is no way he should come back to the Ekstraklasa.

Although I would love to see him in the English Premiership, I cringe at the thought of the physical beating he would take. Ideally Kuba should probably stay in the Bundesliga, I think he has a pretty good name there.

  9. Honestly Kuba fits in with Arsenal's fast paced play

  10. Arsenal? I'd love it, but...short of wingers? Walcott, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Gervinho, Miyaichi...but I agree that Kuba's intense style would be perfect for the pace in England! Everton would be good, Newcastle perhaps needs a bit more width.

  11. As a Gooner, I'd love to see another Pole play there (and not a Goalkeeper!), Kuba would be perfect there but I don't see it happening knowing Wenger, and he'd be in not much of a better position than he is now at Dortmund. What Kuba needs is the play time, so as long as he lands in a strong league, and a decent club... no complaints
