Poland U-19s open qualifier with loss
The Polish Under-19 national team opened the 2012 European Under-19 Championship qualifications with a disappointing 3-1 loss to Georgia U-19.
Poland took a 1-0 when Arminia Bielefeld prospect Kacper Przybylko scored in the 27th minute. However, since that moment, everthing when wrong for the Polish U-19s.
In the 31st minute, Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Pawlowski was credited with an own goal. Ten minutes later, Giorgi Chanturia scored to give Georgia the lead. In the 76th minute, Georgia put the game away, with a goal from Lasza Parunashvili.
Poland play Luxembourg on Sunday and wrap up the qualifiers on next Wednesday against Turkey.
Poland Lineup: Wojciech Pawlowski - Julien Tadrowski, Patryk Fryc, Piotr Piekarski (71. Marcin Byszewski), Michal Nalepa, Szymon Drewniak, Arkadiusz Milik, Piotr Zielinski, Jakub Bak (36. Kamil Kaminski), Kacper Przybylko, Kamil Wiktorski.
