Cywka signs with Reading

Polish midfielder Tomasz Cywka has signed a six-month contract with English side Reading.

Cywka, who can play just behind a striker or on either wing, joins Reading until the end of the season on a free transfer from Derby County. Cywka was also given an option to extend his contract beyond this summer.

Cywka will wear the number 41 on the back of his jersey. He could make his Reading debut against Bristol City on Saturday.

Reading are currently battling for a promotion spot to the top division of England. They sit 8th in the Championship, and are only one point away from the final playoff spot.

Cykwa leaves Derby with 39 appearances and 5 goals on his record sheet. He did not make an appearance since November for Derby.
