Poland national team midfielder Ludovic Obraniak has signed a 3,5-year contract with French side Bordeaux.
Obraniak had fallen out of favour with Lille this season, making only five league appearances, and with only six months left on his contract, he has chosen to move on. The transfer fee was not announced.
"I felt Bordeaux wanted this transfer. It is a positive note for me and I want to thank everyone at Lille. I can not wait for my first match with Bordeaux," Obraniak said.
Obraniak scored 19 goals in 152 league appearances for Lille, adding three in 27 European matches, having joined the club from Metz in 2007.
Obraniak will wear the number 4 on the back of his jersey and could make his Bordeaux debut against Valenciennes on Saturday.
