National Stadium to host Poland-England World Cup qualifier
The Polish national team will return to its home stadium in September.
Polish Football Federation announced that National Stadium in Warszawa will host the national team's World Cup qualifier against England on October 16. It will be the first time that the National Stadium in Warszawa hosts a qualifier match.
Poland will kick-off its World Cup qualifications in Montenegro on Sept. 7, before taking on Moldova at Municipal Stadium in Wroclaw four days later.
Poland played twice at the National Stadium during Euro 2012. Both matches (vs. Greece and Russia) ended in 1-1 draws.
Anyone in Poland thinking about attending the game?
